Viele Leute wollten es gar nicht glauben, dass es sich hierbei wirklich um einen richtigen Screenshot aus Duke Nukem Forever handeln soll. Zum Glück hat sich jetzt endlich George Broussard persönlich im 3D Realms Forum zu Wort gemeldet, um Klarheit zu schaffen. "I guess I'll reconfirm what I said last night. That's an in game, real-time shot of Duke standing in a random hallway. It was really done as a small teaser for a job ad on Gamasutra.com. Nothing more. "I just stuck it on a Gamasutra ad to make it stand out from the sea of company logos and maybe act as a small teaser." "We tend to just do unconventional things in terms of PR," he said.
